Refund Policy

1. Eligibility Refunds may be requested by parents if they are dissatisfied with tutor services, subject to review under Sabemy’s refund policy.

2. Process

  • Complaints must be submitted via the parent dashboard.

  • Admin will review the case and determine eligibility.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the parent’s original payment method.

3. Timeline Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

4. Limitations

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed sessions.

  • Refunds cannot be requested outside the defined policy scope.
