1. Eligibility Refunds may be requested by parents if they are dissatisfied with tutor services, subject to review under Sabemy’s refund policy.
2. Process
Complaints must be submitted via the parent dashboard.
Admin will review the case and determine eligibility.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the parent’s original payment method.
3. Timeline Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
4. Limitations
Refunds are not applicable for completed sessions.
Refunds cannot be requested outside the defined policy scope.
