1. Introduction Welcome to Sabemy. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Sabemy, tutors, parents, and students.

2. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate information during registration.

  • Tutors must complete KYC verification using National Identification Number (NIN) and residential address confirmation.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed through Sabemy.

  • Tutors are paid via monthly payroll after a 26‑day holding period.

  • Users agree to pay fees as outlined during enrollment.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.

  • Tutors and parents must not attempt to bypass Sabemy’s payment system.

5. Termination Sabemy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability Sabemy provides a platform for connecting tutors and students but is not liable for academic outcomes.
